Peanut & Ginger Tea (For Restoring Health & Vigor)

Description
This is very good tonic tea to take when you are exhausted from overwork or if you are feeling run down.
Ingredients
  • 20 raw peanuts with skin
  • 5 - 6 slice of root ginger
  • 2 teaspoon of Yunnan Black Tea
  • 3 cups (850ml) of water
Instruction
  1. Cut 5 - 6 slices of ginger.
  2. Take 20 raw peanuts and chop them roughly with a knife.
  3. Put the ginger, peanuts, and tea into teapot.
  4. Pour boiling water on to content.
  5. Allow tea to stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Pour tea into cup and allow to cool slightly before drinking.
